Natural Manuka is a great warrior against a broad range of ailments...this honey is a creamy blend of Manuka with wild, or "bush", honey. ideal if you do not prefer the strong flavor of pure Manuka Honey. Great on toast for breakfast, with a cup of green tea, or glazes, marinades, and dressings. Our jars are clear and display honestly our honey; DO NOT be fooled by honey that does not display or test their pollen count, or what has been dubbed "pollen-less goo" by the media! All New Zealand honey has been lab-tested and scientifically analyzed to bring you the best, most healthy honey in the world.
Take two parts manuka honey and blend with one part New Zealand wildflower honey, and you get Airborne's Manuka with Wildflower Honey. Wildflowers include Rewarewa, Clover, Kamari and Tawari. While still beneficial like 100% Manuka, this blend is guaranteed at least 45% Manuka pollen and is more sweet than regular Manuka honey. Ideal for those who want a dark, flavorsome honey but find the taste of Manuka too intense, then Manuka with Wildflower is the perfect honey for you!
